Do you ever think where or who you would be without limits? Without expectations?

We’ve tied productivity to worthiness and now we have workaholics, overachievers, and constant comparison. The real work isn’t instant. Not microwaveable but grown from a seed and you won’t always see the growth. Be patient & persistent. I think a lot of us need to read this twice, thank you @brooklynrwhite 🙏🏾

I also want to implore you to REST. That to do list will be there when you get back. Those emails will not self destruct. That task is not more about than your well-being. Break for lunch, break for dinner, break for snacks! Stay hydrated and be patient with your process. It’s time for us to let burnout go 💜
